Equity Directory: Hiring Tools
There’s no shortage of organizations out there who are actively working to reduce bias in hiring practices and help historically marginalized people find new jobs. This directory is a living resource to aggregate them in one place.
CRITERIA FOR INCLUSION
Offer one or both of the following:
A product, service, or platform that connects historically marginalized talent with employers
A product or service that surfaces bias and disparate outcomes in hiring

Using Airbtable’s filter feature, add one or more of the following conditions to narrow your search based on your strategic goals:
Function for Employers
These are the different use cases for hiring teams. For example, a Hiring Analytics Tool might be software that uses candidate demographic data to ensure fair pass-through rates between interview stages.
These are the historically marginalized groups you can connect with. Some companies are designed to serve specific groups (e.g., Black women), whereas others provide more general services to reach historically marginalized groups.
In addition to specific identities, some companies focus on specific career stages, industries, job levels, or job structures.
